About Magnetiq
Magnetiq Agency is operated by Tahnee Curzon, ABN 40 913 404 362, based in Adelaide, South Australia. By subscribing to any Magnetiq membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Membership & Billing
Magnetiq memberships are offered as monthly recurring subscriptions, billed automatically each month on the same date as your initial sign-up date. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
By completing your membership purchase, you authorise Magnetiq to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring monthly basis until your membership is cancelled.
Minimum commitment: All Magnetiq memberships require a minimum commitment of six (6) months. Cancellation requests will not take effect until the minimum term has been completed.
Soirée membership: $99 AUD per month
Atelier membership: $299 AUD per month
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time after your minimum six-month commitment has been fulfilled by emailing hello@magnetiqagency.com.au.
Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for any subsequent periods after your cancellation is confirmed.
Cancellations must be submitted via email. Cancellation requests received after a billing date has passed will take effect at the end of that billing period.
Refund Policy
Magnetiq does not offer refunds or partial refunds for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation mid-billing period, dissatisfaction with introductions made, or change of circumstances. All charges are final once processed.
If you believe an error has been made in your billing, please contact us at hello@magnetiqagency.com.au within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
Our Service
Magnetiq provides a personalised matchmaking and introductions service. While we use our best professional judgement to make suitable introductions, we cannot guarantee romantic compatibility or relationship outcomes. Our service is not a dating platform and introductions are made at our sole discretion based on member suitability and availability.
Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal information shared with Magnetiq is held in the strictest confidence and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing our matchmaking service.
